The exhibiting artists come from Georgia, the Carolinas, Florida, Tennessee and Alabama. The 40-plus artists who participate in this quality art festival are juried. Several artists will demonstrate how they create their work. Be sure to see the outstanding art in the twin gallery shops created by over 200 juried artists who live within a 50-mile radius. Also see the pottery and learn the history of regional artists in the Folk Pottery Museum of Northeast Georgia. While attending the Sautee Nacoochee Art Festival, you can also visit the heritage site and blacksmith shed, both of which will be open and staffed and create a seasonal, hands-on project at the Native Peace Garden. Parking and admission are free. Vendors will offer food for sale on site. |
